Hi, I Received my RAL HDMI cable two weeks after placing the order. I put it between my DMP and my DSD. I have not had that much time to do any critical listening at first the soundstage sounded a little messed up I just put my system on repeat and left it going for four days. I sat down and did some listening after that, the sound is definitely different than the WW platinum7 HDMI, to me the sound of the WW platinum is like put your seatbelt on we’re going for a ride and it is a good ride no complaints. The RAL is to me like sit back relax I got this enjoy the ride, more of a relaxed presentation I like it. It seems to have a blacker background more air and definitely does not leave out any detail .I need to put more time into more critical listening just my first impressions.

I must admit, it’s truly better than anything I’ve tried. The depth of the soundstage is transformative.
It’s not something that I can understand, but I’m not in a position to understand and I don’t care. It’s just better.

I know. It was so inspiring and actually still is.
I have not had the courage to unplug the RAL and try the Wireworld Platinum cable again. I would be so unhappy if it sounded the same.
I was already stunned when listening to the Bridge 2 via the EtherREGEN and found it to be a tie at best/worst.
I am going to try the new RAL HDMI cable with my Jay’s Audio Transport but then it’s going to my DSD Jr. setup. If it slays with the Transport I’ll order a third.
That will leave me with one two three four Wireworld Platinum HDMI cables. My theater setup will get one hell of an upgrade. I will most likely get a P20 for it even though it currently has six dedicated 20 amp circuits all using individual 10 ga. wires pulled through greenfield for each circuit.
I think I have issues.

Ditto on mark-d’s post. Coulda saved a chunk of change if I hadn’t tuned in before now.
The obvious bottleneck there is the Bridge. Wires can’t fix everything.
Yes - and your issues are that you clearly need all RALs for the HT as well as 8ga. for the AC rather than that wimpy 10ga. crap.

Somebody told me, and others have now agreed. But the RAL cable magic only works with Windom.

Yeah - well I’ve failed at that concept a lot lately, and not just with stereo gear. Hazards of early adoption🤷🏻♂️
But I think your idea is a good one. Though I prefer to think of it as “fashionably late”.

Did you pull the Bridge totally out to test?
Not yet, I need my Sboosters to arrive. I am listening to my new UltraRendu on my computer room system. When the Sbooster comes, the Bridge 2 goes.
