Prog Rock fans

Are there any other prog rock fans here interested starting an ongoing topic about Progressive Rock music & albums? I love all genres (excluding Rap/Hiphop & opera) but Prog is my daily listen. If you listen to Morow prog radio or like or have heard of bands like Iluvatar, Barock Project, IQ, Liquid Tension Experiment, Huis, Marillion, Camel, Airbag, Kansas, Lunatic Soul, Collage, Albion, Riverside, Abraxas, Moonrise, Sylvan, Porcupine Tree, Rush, Saga, Quidam, Satellite, Ordinary Brainwash, Millenium, Cosmograf, Frost* Shadow Gallery, Shadow Circus, Ximena, Osada Vida, old Genesis…

Anyone? Anyone? Beuller? Beuller?

Incidentally, 10 of those bands are from Poland - seems to be a Prog mecca!

Absolutely! I have to admit, I didn’t recognize most of the groups you listed other than Camel, Rush and early Genesis (pre-“And Then There Were Three” for my tastes) but I’m always looking to discover something new. A few others to consider for the list: Strawbs, Gentle Giant, Sky, ELP, Passport, Yes, Curved Air, The Nice, Brand X, Jethro Tull, Steve Hackett, Wishbone Ash, Bill Bruford, BeBop Deluxe, Renaissance, Crack the Sky, UK, Gong, Flaming Lips. If obscurity isn’t a prerequisite, there are those Pink Floyd guys and perhaps The Moody Blues or Vanilla Fudge. Looking forward to the suggestions of others!

So to get things going I’ll post covers of the first five Prog albums that come to mind in no particular order.
