Nice to see a system built around a consistent color theme. At one time I just bought whatever color of component I was interested in I could get my hands on quickly. Then I got picky and haven’t regretted back ordering the color of component I prefer if necessary. Silver in my case. Not as consistent as your system, but close.

Thank you. My P3 hasn’t had any protection mode issues with the M700s. Just got in M1200s as upgrade so will see if that becomes a problem. Speakers are 4 ohm, sensitivity 89db.
Silver is a better color, black is dust magnet.
There is as much dust on silver equipment as there is on black. On black it’s just earlier visible. You could argue that black is the better color as it prompts you to do your housekeeping.
I don’t care. To me color is subjective, you like silver, others like black.
SPL, a German brand sells in red also, looks very cool.

Anyone who lives in a heavily treed area like New England can tell you what pollen does to a black car in the spring. They look like Spotted leopards

Clean setup
Round our neck of the woods it used to be the local soap factory that regularly covered cars in a fine dust, and make the washing hanging out to dry smell bad - so many regular compensation claims they had an established form and process for payouts

How does it sound?
I have one since the last days of December. If you read other posts here on the forum you are able to know why.
It sounds great.
It is still a “beta” unit, just because it is not yer reworked as others. My importer will provide me a new production unit as soon as PS send a new batch production next weeks.
I’ll be able to compare them, and to compare two different burning in processes.
