It sure is, and your enthusiasm for it was a big part of my decision to sell my beloved MU2 and get the adio. Once your crosstalk gets cancelled, there is simply no going back!

How many Roon users are using it to mostly control their local library and occasionally stream, vs. streamers using Roon interface that once in a while play from their local library?
I seem to divide my listening from all sources:
Streaming 40%, local files 30% and discs 30%. But with PMG SACD and 512 I plan to listen to SACDs more as many have been collecting dust. 
MU2 is my library and Roon core too.
Probably 75%. Streaming
Mostly streaming. Most albums sound better than my local AIFF rips.
That said, Roon has been going bonkers, lately.
I use Roon to control my local library about 80% of the time. I stream mostly to hear new-to-me artist.

I use Roon to manage both streaming and serving up CD rips. I use the “Versions” tab to select my preferred file based on SQ, often Qobuz, but not always. Sometimes a Tidal file or an AIFF rip will sound better. I guess it depends in part on the provenance of the master used…
With the problems I have been having with Roon lately, 100% files from my NAS, 0% Qobuz. This makes me very sad. I have a lot of favorite music on Qobuz. In preparation for Qobuz and Roons eventual demise, I buy a lot of music.
I am working on a new program that I enjoy lots better than Roon. It’s called Maestro. I’ll be looking for beta testers in a few weeks. If any of you are interested drop me a note paul@psaudio.com and I’ll collect up some names. The only requirement is a Qobuz subscription. Works on just iPad/iPhone or on a Mac or Windows but doesn’t need a computer or server.
@Paul I’d be very interested in testing Mestro, but… my streamer, server and endpoint are all on a Grimm MU2. Although I can do Qobuz by iPhone or Mac, how would I get Qobuz through to the Grimm, since it doesn’t seem to support Qobuz Connect as Tidal does?
My primary system is behind the Grimm. I am now seeing that this may be the weak link in my system. Go figure.
I can investigate or maybe you can ask. Does it advertise itself on the network using UPnP/DLNA, or SOOD, or any number of discovery channels? Likely it does. Maybe find out how it communicates over the network and I’ll make sure Maestro can talk to it.

It does. I have successfully tried Qobuz connect on my MU1.
I studied the Qobuz situation for some time last night. Turns out all the automagically added albums were actually things I added to my library over a long period of time. Apparently, if Qobuz changes something, anything at all with the recording or its meta data, the albums get shown as recently added.
I feel calmer now.
But Roon is still very slow. At least once each listening session I use the MU2 web interface to stop, I count to ten, then restart the Roon server on it. This helps, at least for the listening session.
This is comforting to hear. I always wondered what I’d do if Roon got borked.
That said, how do I enable Qobuz Connect to play to the Grimm MU2? I’m not particularly well versed on these things, but… Grimm is not included on Qobuz’s list of compatible devices. I enabled UPnP on the MU2, but it had no effect. When I play off Qobuz, the Grimm is not seen in a list of output devices, even though it’s on the same network.
Any ideas to help with this?
