All 3 are excellent (not a good view of the Great Notion imperial Hazy)

Best of luck on the knee replacemet

Thanks !

I’ve had the other one done 8 years ago. Was picking up my temporary handicap parking permit at the DMV today, and it turns out that nice lady helping me had both of her knees done at the same time and at the same clinic I’m going to. Serious props, there, ma’am ! She was back to work part-time in 2 weeks, so it seems the procedure and rehab regimen have seen some improvements.

The surgical procedure is now robotically-assisted, too, for greater accuracy in the carpentry and joinery. (I refer to ortho surgery as “high-stakes carpentry”).

Got this as an early birthday present from a friend. Very nice! And a good story behind it

I got another “must try” Single Malt from my brother; a bottle of Knockando Master Reserve 21 yr. I will never buy one myself, I do not buy whiskey over $150/b. I have two other bottles from him that I still not open yet.

I will open this one first since the other two are rarer.

Made the 1-mile walk 5 weeks post surgery and collected the reward. The knee complained a bit, but I didn’t.

Gruner Veltliner is a favorite summertime wine of ours.

Great selection of “old world” whites like Rkatsiteli (oldest know grape variety going back 3000 years) here at one of our favorite wineries:

My favorite tea has become a Massala Chai, organic. With just the right amount of milk and a bit of sugar it’s awesome.

Good Lord! I had forgotten about all those “select” brands.
They were “highly favored” by only the most “discriminating” of Bowery clientele back in the day.
No high-falutin wines with unpronounceable names for them. They drank strictly “american” wines, with a small “a”.

There was another one the meme left out- “Annie Green Springs” - that the girls liked back in the day. When I turned 21, Boone’s Farm was something like $0.95 a bottle.

Good times. Bad headaches.

Change my mind about having French tonight. I found this bottle hiding in my cellar, and I will find out how it tastes. The last time I drank this one was a few years ago. 2007 Conn Valley Cab. It should be great!
